How is postage being charged?
To make our purchasing process easier for all our customers, we charge a a flat rate of $3.5 for all products (except large poker tables)
Postage is only charged once for every order regardless of the number of items purchased.

How long does postage takes?
We will post out your items within 1 - 2 workings days after receiving order / payment.
In which it will typically take another 2 - 3 days to reach you in singapore or malaysia.
In total , 3 - 5 working days to reach you.
RETURNES
What is our return policy?
- Purchase at our warehouse: For purchase at our warehouse, product has to be inspected before making purchase, as we will not provide refund for purchase made at our warehouse.
- Online Orders: In the case that the item has been damage during shipping, we will offer a exchange with the same product.
Please contact if you received the product in damage condition.
Damage item resulting from misuse, abuse does not apply to put return policy. We reserve the rights not to accept any exchanges

Where do we ship to?
Customers may do collection or COD in Singapore and Malaysia (KL) showrooms.
However, we do still ship to other countries. (Please check with us for other countries)

What forms of payment do we accept?
- Payment through our website, Paypal: We accept payment either from your paypal account or using credit cards through paypal.
Just click on the paypal link during check out. You are not required to have a paypal account to make this transaction.
- Bank Transfer / Paynow (Singapore & Malaysia only): You could email us your order, upon confirmation of the stocks status, we will send you our maybank / POSB account details.
- Purchase at warehouse: You may make cash purchase at our warehouse.
